Description

Die Stock Wrench Set: 38mm die stock fits M12-M16 dies, with adjustable screws. M14 x 1 threading round die with 38mm outside diameter, conical locking hole, strong locking and not loose. The round die has good abrasion resistance.
Round Die: Suitable for re-threading existing threads in hard materials like metal, or making new threads in soft material like plastic. Used for threading mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, alloy steel and carbon steel. Fit for general purpose threading.
Die Stock: Can help to repair broken bolts and threads or just remove bolts and threaded rod when used with round dies. With adjustable screws, it can securely hold round dies and is easy to operate. 45# carbon steel tool has high hardness, high strength and resistance to deformation than ordinary A3 steel.
Easy to Use: The positioning groove of the die should be aligned with the fastening screw in the middle of the die wrench, and the screw should be inserted into the slot of the die and tightened. Necessary tools for hand tapping operation, can improve the efficiency of processing threads.
Tips: It needs to be reversed every 1/4~1/2 turn to facilitate the chip discharge from the chip hole. Suitable lubricating oil should be added to the cutting edge of the die when tapping threads. Good for maintenance and repair work.
